AL-GRID ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTSの 「AL」という二文字には、二つの意味が重なっています。
一つは星の名――Alnitak・Alnilam・ Aldebaran・Alcyone。オリオン座とおうし座、異なる星座に属しながらも夜空に共存するこれらの星を、人類は古来より、結び、航路を拓き、暦を刻みました。
一つは「ALL」――民生と防衛、組織論的経営とスタートアップ的経営、東洋と西洋。あらゆる対極、あらゆる領域を包み込む「全て」の意です。
そして、それら全ての点を繋ぎ、世界を、より平和で安定した形へと社会構築していくこと、部分である星々（Als）を結び、全体（ALL）を繋ぐ「GRID」――の構築により、平和と共存をもたらすこと、、、
変化の著しい現在こそ、防衛インフラと民生インフラ、スタートアップ的ビジネスと従来型のビジネスなど、二律背反を止揚し、超越する。日本から世界へ、新たな星座を描く――

In the name AL-GRID ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTS, the letters “AL” carry two interwoven meanings.
The first is found in the names of four stars — Alnitak, Alnilam, Aldebaran, and Alcyone. Though they belong to different constellations, Orion and Taurus, they share the same night sky. For millennia, people have connected points of light into constellations — finding patterns and meaning in the sky, navigating across the seas, and marking the passage of the seasons.
The second meaning is “ALL.” It represents our aspiration to embrace every domain and every apparent polarity — civil and defense, established organizations and startups, East and West — not by choosing one side over the other, but by understanding, connecting, and transcending the structures that divide them.
Then there is the GRID — the architecture that connects these individual points into a greater whole.
By linking the individual “AL” stars — the “Als” — into a greater whole “ALL”, we architect a GRID across technologies, organizations, cultures, and domains. Through that GRID, we seek to help shape a more peaceful, resilient, and stable world where differences can coexist and create new possibilities.
In an era of rapid transformation, we believe it is more important than ever to reconcile and transcend apparent contradictions — between civil infrastructure and defense infrastructure, between established enterprises and startup-driven innovation, and across other seemingly divided domains. Moving continuously between the concrete and the abstract, we connect what has been separated, uncover new relationships, and seek to draw new constellations from Japan to the world.
